I didn't receive my guide

No worries — your guide is sent to the email address you entered at checkout. If you don’t see it yet, try these quick fixes:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Check your Promotions tab (Gmail users)
  • Give it a few minutes (email delivery can occasionally be delayed)

Still can’t find it?
Send us a message with your name, date + the email used at checkout (or your order number), and we’ll resend it for you!

I can’t access the guide

Sorry about that — you should be able to open or download the guide using the link in your confirmation email.
 

If it’s not working, these usually fix it:

  • Wait 2–5 minutes (email delivery can sometimes be delayed)
  • Try opening it on a computer (Easiest)
  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
  • Make sure you have stable internet connection
  • Make sure you have enough storage space for the download
